The Customer Success Account Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for assigned school district accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves onboarding new clients, conducting training sessions, and proactively identifying opportunities to maximize the value of SMART tag™ solutions.

The Route Logistics Specialist works closely with school district transportation departments to configure, optimize, and maintain bus routes within the SMART tag™ platform. This role requires strong analytical skills and an understanding of K-12 transportation logistics to ensure efficient and safe routing for students.

The Technical Support Agent provides front-line support to school district staff and drivers using the SMART tag™ system. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to support tickets, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.

The Lead Platform & Reliability Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers the SMART tag™ platform. This role focuses on system reliability, scalability, and performance, ensuring high availability for school districts across the country.

The Senior Software Engineer designs and develops key features of the SMART tag™ platform, working across the full stack to deliver reliable, high-quality software. This role involves collaborating with product and design teams, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to architectural decisions.

The Staff Software Engineer leads technical initiatives and drives the architecture of the SMART tag™ platform.
