These Terms of Service govern your use of the SMART tag™ platform and services provided by Secured Mobility, LLC. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
SMART tag™ services are provided to school districts and authorized users for the purpose of student transportation management. Use of the platform is subject to your district's agreement with Secured Mobility, LLC.
Products and services are protected by US patents: 9977935, 10452878, 10636230, 10685521, 11170590, 11195360, 11915539, 12094280, 12223788, and 12249201. All software, content, and materials are the property of Secured Mobility, LLC.
Secured Mobility, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the SMART tag™ platform beyond the extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
